Our Team

Molly O’Leary is the Managing Principal of BizCounselor@Law, PLLC. Ms. O’Leary’s practice is focused in the area of counseling small business owners and telecommunications clients.

Ms. O’Leary graduated from Idaho State University in 1978, with a B.A. in Journalism, and received her J.D. from the University of Idaho, College of Law in 1994.  Following graduation from law school, she served as Law Clerk to Idaho Supreme Court Justice Gerald F. Schroeder.  Prior to receiving her law degree she served as a law clerk to the Idaho Attorney General, Consumer Protection Unit, and as a Legislative Intern to Congressman Richard Stallings.  Upon completion of her Idaho Supreme Court clerkship in 1996, Ms. O’Leary entered private practice.
